01 Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging and condition. To start a return, please contact our team with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

02 Warranty Coverage

Every AZURA device is covered against manufacturing defects under normal, intended use, from the date of purchase:

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered fault appears within these periods, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.

03 What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • The charger is not covered under warranty.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear over the life of the product.
